I'm Rachel Wilken,
a UX/ CX professional who wears many hats.
An arts administrator turned UX/CX professional; I am a dedicated, multidisciplinary professional with 10 years of experience in business operations, marketing strategy, and project management. I love problem solving and utilizing research to create human-centered solutions that drive strategy.
A graduate of Indiana University Indianapolis's Master of Library and Information Science program, I have over three years of experience conducting research (UX and market), managing web content (internal and external), and creating user-centered designs.
My Values
Creativity
My creativity, honed by years of studying classical music, allows me to approach challenges from different angles and find novel solutions that may not be readily apparent

Empathy
One of my top 5 CliftonStrengths, I build strong relationships that hold a team together and make it greater than the sum of its parts

Community
I believe we are stronger together than apart, which is why I thrive working in a collaborative environment and navigating cross-functional teams.

Life-long Learning
The granddaughter of a librarian, I am intellectually curious and internally driven to seek solutions. This year I plan to attend UX Insights Festival 2025, Indy Design Week 2025, and UX Nordic 2025.
